Luca Federici currently serves as an executive board member of Banca Ifigest. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked for Cofindi Gestioni and Cofimedit, part of the investment banking and asset management platform Euromobiliare-Fondiaria. In 1987, before joining Banca Ifigest, Mr. Federici co-founded Fidia, an asset management firm.
Federico Cassi most recently served as Chief Executive Officer at BIR Italy Estate, an international commercial real estate brokerage firm. He served for four years as Director at Confindustria Bulgaria, the Italian business association, and at Italian retailer association Confcommercio Firenze. Mr. Cassi graduated from the Università per Stranieri di Perugia and holds a degree from the business school of Il Sole 24 Ore. 
Ruben Mozzi most recently served as Vice President at Terra Capital Partners, a New York City capital management firm, and previously as associate at Madison Capital Management, an equity real estate investment firm in New York. He is currently a partner at Saxa Rosata RE, a real estate investment company in Rome. Mr. Mozzi holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University (USA), a Master’s degree in Business from Vaxjo University (Sweden), and a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre.
